We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy office in Nuneaton. YSA Education specialise in the education sector placing teachers and teaching assistants into our partner schools across the Midlands.
Resourcers need to be organised and understand that the role will involve multi-tasking and speaking to candidates daily. Someone who understands the need for urgency and taking a proactive approach to candidate recruitment is what we need.
Daily tasks will include:
- Placing adverts and CV searching
- Calls to candidates to assess suitability
- Face to Face interviews in the office
Working hours- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
