We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy office in Nuneaton. YSA Education specialise in the education sector placing teachers and teaching assistants into our partner schools across the Midlands.

Resourcers need to be organised and understand that the role will involve multi-tasking and speaking to candidates daily. Someone who understands the need for urgency and taking a proactive approach to candidate recruitment is what we need.

Daily tasks will include:

• Placing adverts and CV searching
• Calls to candidates to assess suitability
• Face to Face interviews in the office

Working hours- Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

This role is fast paced, and we offer a fantastic commission package from day one as well as the opportunity to develop in your career.

We are looking for a trainee recruitment consultant to join our expanding team of consultants.

This is a sales role where you will be speaking to prospective clients and visiting clients to find new roles you can support with. You will have a candidate base of teachers and support staff and your role will be to find roles for the existing candidate base.
