Kate is a Resourcing & Compliance Officer at YSA Education, responsible for maintaining high standards across vetting and safeguarding processes. As a trained Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), she brings specialist knowledge and a strong understanding of compliance requirements within education.
She works closely with candidates and internal teams to ensure all placements meet strict regulatory standards, supporting safe and reliable staffing for partner schools. Known for her attention to detail and structured approach, Kate plays a key role in upholding operational quality across the business.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and spending time with her daughter.
