YSA Education are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to work at a Primary School in Kings Heath, Birmingham. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide assistance and support to young people who require help with daily tasks and activities within a classroom setting and throughout their school day. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
Experience:
- Experience in supporting children with additional needs such as Autism, ADHD, non verbal needs and behaviour management.
- Experience of working with KS1/ KS2 pupils.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Patience, empathy and compassion for others.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Please note that this position may require working evenings, weekends and holidays. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may also be required.
Full-time, part-time, Temp to Perm
